1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the wbo99 Platform is strictly conditional upon the Member satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wbo99 enforces a strict 21+ policy at registration, at identity verification, and at every withdrawal request. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. wbo99 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring their own legal compliance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under legal guardianship or lacking legal capacity are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold precisely one (1) active wbo99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a wbo99 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of wbo99 staff are not eligible to register Member accounts or participate in any promotional offers.
• Not Self-Excluded: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the wbo99 Platform are not eligible to re-register during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of wbo99 Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide: a valid and unique email address; a unique username; a secure password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers, and special characters; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; your date of birth; and a valid Indonesian mobile number for two-factor authentication purposes.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbo99 account credentials. wbo99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• Credential Compromise: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify wbo99 support at [email protected] immediately. wbo99 will investigate and may suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: wbo99 is required to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a clear photograph or scan of a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and confirmation of the payment method used for deposit. KYC documents are processed within one (1) business day.
• Account Accuracy: You must update your account information promptly if any details change. wbo99 is not liable for failed transactions or service interruptions resulting from outdated account information provided by the Member.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wbo99 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wbo99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service fees, for which wbo99 accepts no responsibility.

The following payment methods are supported on the wbo99 Platform:

• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Member's own legal name. wbo99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing the Member's name, or anonymous payment sources.
• Withdrawal to Originating Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. wbo99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day following successful KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically settled in under five minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically settled within 1–24 hours depending on the recipient bank's interbank clearing schedule.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and Rp 100.000.000 per day. VIP members are subject to enhanced limits communicated individually by the VIP management team. wbo99 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches where necessary for operational reasons, with no adverse impact on the Member's entitlement to the full amount.
• Declined Deposits: wbo99 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to errors in the account details provided by the Member, insufficient funds in the Member's payment account, or technical issues on the Member's bank or e-wallet side. Members should contact wbo99 support at [email protected] if a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wbo99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rp 3.000.000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Member once only. Minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirements apply and are published on the promotions page.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called "turnover requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount across the sportsbook and slots products. Specific games may contribute differently to wagering completion — live casino wagers, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Fund balances will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: wbo99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine sporting risk; abuse of arbitrage opportunities across promoted odds; and coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional terms. wbo99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
• Seasonal Promotions: wbo99 runs seasonal promotions timed to major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and significant BRI Liga 1 fixtures. These promotions are subject to their own terms published at the time of the promotion and are available for a limited period only.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: wbo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a qualifying bonus prior to any modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming sessions conducted on the wbo99 Platform. Product-specific rules — including sportsbook settlement rules, live casino table rules, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw rules, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting betting) arena rules — are published within each product's dedicated section on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed at the point of placing a bet. wbo99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members or across the Platform without prior notice.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the wbo99 system. Bets displayed with a "pending" status are not binding until confirmed. wbo99 is not liable for bets that fail to confirm due to system latency, connectivity issues on the Member's side, or market suspension.
• Obvious Errors: wbo99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game parameters that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Examples include: odds of 1.01 or lower on all outcomes of a given market (implying mathematical certainty); odds that deviate by more than 50% from the market consensus at the time of placement. wbo99 will communicate voided bets to affected Members within 24 hours.
• Match Fixing and Irregular Markets: Bets on events or markets that are subsequently determined by the relevant sporting body to have been subject to match fixing, spot fixing, or irregular activity will be settled at wbo99's discretion, including the option to void all bets on the affected market.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI, AFC, UEFA, etc.). For BRI Liga 1 matches, the official PSSI result stands. For football markets involving voor bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (combination accumulator) bet types, specific settlement rules are published in the sportsbook help section.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected events. wbo99 may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event at its absolute discretion. Bets accepted before market suspension stand; bets submitted during suspension will not be accepted.
• Togel and Numbers Games: Togel results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the respective pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney). wbo99 publishes draw times and results within 30 minutes of the official draw close. Members are responsible for verifying their selections before the draw close time.

7 Responsible Gaming

wbo99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Members. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the Member account dashboard without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous platform use, providing an opportunity to review and consider whether to continue the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may temporarily suspend their account for a self-selected period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off suspensions take effect immediately and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their well-being may permanently self-exclude via the account settings. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period selected (minimum 6 months) and cannot be reversed by the Member unilaterally. Members who self-exclude and subsequently attempt to re-register will have new accounts closed and balances returned.
• Reality Checks: The wbo99 platform displays elapsed session time and net session outcome at configurable intervals to help Members maintain awareness of their gaming activity.
• Support Resources: Members who require support regarding problem gambling are encouraged to contact the wbo99 responsible gaming team at [email protected]. The team includes trained advisors available 24/7 who can assist with activating any of the above tools or referring Members to external support resources.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the wbo99 Platform — including but not limited to the wbo99 brand name, logo, colour scheme, website design, typography, user interface layout, written content, promotional materials, odds data, game software interfaces, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of wbo99 or its licensed content providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

• Permitted Use: Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wbo99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Use: Members must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the wbo99 Platform without express prior written consent from wbo99. Automated access to the Platform using bots, scripts, or crawlers is strictly prohibited.
• User-Generated Content: Where Members submit reviews, feedback, or other content to wbo99 (e.g., via support tickets or testimonial submissions), the Member grants wbo99 a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for operational and marketing purposes.
• Third-Party Software: Game software integrated into the wbo99 Platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios. All intellectual property rights in game software remain with the originating studio. Members' use of game software is subject to the relevant studio's end-user terms in addition to these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data

wbo99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on wbo99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Data Collected: wbo99 collects registration data (name, email, date of birth, mobile number), KYC documents (government ID, proof of address), financial transaction data (deposit and withdrawal records), device and browser data (IP address, device fingerprint, session logs), and behavioural data (betting history, game session logs, responsible gaming settings).
• Data Usage: Collected data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, personalised promotions, and platform improvement. wbo99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data Retention: wbo99 retains Member data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with international AML record-keeping standards. KYC documents are retained for the same minimum period.
• Member Rights: Members have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data, subject to wbo99's legal retention obligations. Data rights requests should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request".

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wbo99 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the wbo99 Platform or Services.

• Service Availability: wbo99 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. wbo99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from service downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical faults beyond wbo99's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment infrastructure, data feed providers, or hosting services.
• Betting Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions are made by the Member at their sole discretion and risk. wbo99 is not liable for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming on the Platform, including losses resulting from a Member's reliance on statistics, odds analysis, or any other informational content published on the Platform.
• Third-Party Game Software: wbo99 is not liable for defects, errors, or interruptions in third-party game software provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. In the event of a provable technical fault in a game session, wbo99 will liaise with the relevant studio and communicate the outcome to affected Members within five (5) business days.
• Force Majeure: wbo99 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, widespread internet outages, or declared national emergencies in Indonesia or the jurisdiction of wbo99's operating infrastructure.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded, wbo99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

wbo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wbo99 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the one-account rule, eligibility requirements, or bonus abuse policy.
• The Member has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member's account is associated with suspicious financial activity, including unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for illicit fund movement.
• The Member has participated in collusion with other Members, manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating.
• wbo99 receives a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution to restrict or close the account.
• The Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of wbo99 or other Members.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, wbo99 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposited funds (net of any legitimate bonus-derived winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within ten (10) business days following conclusion of any internal investigation, subject to applicable AML obligations.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wbo99 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wbo99 holds its international operating licence. wbo99 is an internationally licensed platform operating under the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction, which maintains standards of player protection, fair gaming, anti-money-laundering compliance, and responsible gambling consistent with international best practices.

Members accessing the wbo99 Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws. wbo99 does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its licensed territory.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Member and wbo99 support. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised in writing to [email protected], the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, conducted in English.

13 Amendments

wbo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at wbo99.bet/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Members' rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — wbo99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the Member's account and via a prominent notification displayed upon login to the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or formatting updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Continued use of the wbo99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and notify wbo99 support of their intention to close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
